About

David a bug taken form is alive! Finally! After years and years at being shot by the debug turret, he can finally live out his life as a… Wait, it’s aimed squarely at him! Is it because he’s a major bug? Uh oh this isn’t good. He’s part of the game! He swears!

Wait, why are there more and more bugs? Why is the turret only shooting at him? David’s form is slowly disappearing! The game is going to self destruct at this rate.

Looks like it’s up to the bug to be the debugger.

This is really good! like the idea and upgrade system

Phenomenal!

There's a great game loop and presentation value here! The element of choice brings in a great sense of strategy and keeps the experience fresh upon replays.
I love this kind of gamey-ass game so you've definitely hit a sweet spot for me!

Such an awesome game!

Loved the gameplay style and game idea,  it's also really addicting!

Awesome job!

As a lover of bullet hell shooters and 80s vaporwave aesthetics, I couldn't resist trying it out.

I was impressed by everything, especially the sound and visual effects that blend perfectly with the fast-paced and clean gameplay.
I love the feeling of being able to redirect bullets by moving and using enemies as shields to destroy them, although I always struggled with the larger enemies after reaching 190 points, both due to the speed at which they were generated and their size and resilience (but I suppose it's just my lack of skill lol).

A little thing I would have appreciated is an on-screen score display during the game.

I found it fun and addicting, and I will continue to play and try to enter into leaderboard :)

We had this idea too! Giving player abilitiy to choose how hard the game becomes instead of making the play itself stronger is a really nice and unique mechanics, and I like how you approach the implemntation with reverse shooting. Music and everything else works great too :)

But what dissatisfies a little is that you cannot win the game. Maybe spliting the game by levels which can be passed easier if the right abilities were chosen and increasing number of available abilities would add more fun to this game, then you could actually win the game, and not just getting the score stats updated?

An endless mode is the only mode available for now, but with coming updates we're considering adding different levels, each with their own themes. Same goes for enemies and upgrades too :)

(still trying to convince my team that we need a boss fight)

you don't have to convince us, I definitely think having 2 game modes will be good, with a boss mode at the end. We shall see how we expand on the game.

Funny choice of enemies

Glad you noticed that! I had a ton of fun designing them from daily life machines ahaha! Though I do think they need more polishing!

Looks and feels really good to play. The art, design and music all go really well together with the aesthetic. I'm already looking forward to your next project. Good job.

Thanks for commenting and playing, I am glad you like it and thanks for doing playtesting for us! Really appreciate your help and support

Great idea, really makes you think about "leading" the shots. Also the vaporware esthetic is great.

Thanks for playing and commenting! Yes the game revolves around the player not shooting but being shot at, which makes the gameplay really interesting. I am glad you love the art style we went for as well.
